  Not sure what anyone is talking about... only good time to come here is at 2am, when you'll hear "sir is it OK that it takes 4-6 mins while we make the patty?". It's 2016, cook the patty to order. I don't know how in a empty restaurant you need to save any more time. They cook them when you order them at other A&W's. This is the 2nd visit where burger is cold and cooked who knows when, simply reheated on the grill. There is no way my burger was made fresh and was this cold, the cheese had no signs of heat. The toasted bun was warmer. Honestly I decided to give them another chance tonight, as I was hoping to experience that 2am freshness, that's what I am paying $15 for.
  
  Also if you order the chicken, make sure they give you the correct chicken filet, if it's too small it's the buddy burger one.

  Clean, spacious and nice staff, also they're 24h open. Great A&W location.
